Role: Oracle FCCS Lead Consultant
Location: Remote with local to these locations NJ or Rhode Island
Duration: Contract
We want someone who worked on FCCS extensively and should be able to handle FCCS Application independently.
Having ARCS knowledge is a bonus (not mandatory though).
Skill - Oracle EPM Cloud
Focuses on implementing and supporting ARCS, including data integration, reconciliation management, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities for ARCS Roles:
Implementing and configuring ARCS applications.
Developing custom reports and dashboards.
Creating and managing reconciliation rules and processes.
Ensuring data governance and integrity within ARCS.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ARCS environment.
Training end-users on ARCS functionalities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Staying up-to-date with ARCS best practices and new features.
FCCS Job Description:
An FCCS consultant or specialist would typically be responsible for:
Implementation: Leading or participating in the implementation of FCCS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
Consolidation and Close: Managing the financial close process, including data loading, calculations, and reporting.
Metadata Management: Maintaining dimensions, hierarchies, and mappings within FCCS.
Integration: Integrating FCCS with other systems like EDMCS, ERPs, and reporting tools.
Support: Providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and user training.
Business Rules: Developing and maintaining business rules within FCCS.
Reporting: Creating and maintaining reports using Financial Reporting Studio or other reporting tools.
Common Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning tools.
Experience with data integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Management).
Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance processes.
Understanding of EPM data integration and governance.
Experience with Smart View and EPM Automate.
In essence, both ARCS and TRCS roles require a blend of functional and technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of these Oracle EPM cloud
