A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Intune AD Admin
Position Type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 9+ Months
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

As an Intune AD Admin, you will:

Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
Manages and coordinates urgent and complicated support issues.
Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents regarding endpoint devices. Administration and management of mobile devices and laptops.
Develop methodologies and escalation processes to ensure proper escalation and information flow within the organization. \n Administration of Azure and Azure Admin portal.\n Train coach and mentor support staff. Build edit publish and document training material for support staff including how to video documentation. Interact with internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing system.
Knowledge of Windows 11 Operating System experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft M365 support Experience \nM365 Copilot/ Copilot Chat /Teams Administration
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager
Strong hands-on experience in hardware and software infrastructure tools
Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 Windows Server 2012-2019 M365 Microsoft Azure Microsoft Teams.
Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range*: $40 to $45 Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
