Program Manger - Supply Chain Technology Portfolio

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to provide immediate leadership across a complex portfolio of enterprise technology and operational transformation initiatives. This role will serve as a critical partner to Product Management and Technology leaders by bringing structure, visibility, and execution discipline to high priority programs.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments and has a proven ability to quickly assess project health, establish governance, and drive momentum across multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will create executive ready reporting, implement scalable project management practices, and help ensure strategic initiatives stay aligned with business objectives, timelines, and risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess the current project and program portfolio, identify risks, gaps, and execution challenges, and develop actionable improvement plans

• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting across multiple initiatives

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to drive project execution and accountability

• Create scalable project management frameworks, templates, playbooks, and governance processes tailored to project complexity and risk

• Develop executive level communications that clearly articulate project status, priorities, risks, and mitigation strategies

• Facilitate cross functional collaboration across technology, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, and operational teams

• Support large scale transformation initiatives including ERP, WMS, PLM, systems integration, vendor management, and business integration programs

• Drive project recovery efforts for at risk initiatives and establish sustainable execution practices that can be transitioned to long term program leadership

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 8 plus years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or portfolio management within enterprise environments

• Proven success leading complex technology transformation programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders

• Strong expertise in project planning, portfolio governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting

• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives involving ERP, WMS, supply chain, manufacturing, PLM, systems integration, or related technology platforms

• Demonstrated ability to quickly enter under structured environments, establish order, and drive measurable execution improvements

• Experience partnering with Product Management and Technology organizations to deliver strategic business outcomes

• Advanced proficiency with project management and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior executives and business leaders

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands

• Self directed leadership style with the ability to influence teams, build alignment, and deliver results with minimal onboarding
