Senior QA Automation Engineer (Selenium + Salesforce)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Selenium Automation and Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of Salesforce applications, including automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks using Java and TestNG

• Perform Salesforce functional and automation testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Automate test cases using Copado Robotic Testing (Robot Framework)

• Execute end-to-end testing across multiple Salesforce sandboxes

• Validate Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, flows, and approval processes

• Perform API testing using Postman for Salesforce REST/SOAP services

• Implement regression test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven)

• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Jira / ALM

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams in Agile sprints

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security compliance in Salesforce applications

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QA / Test Automation

• 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java)

• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing

• Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture

• Experience testing Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)

• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Salesforce Certification (Admin / QA / Platform App Builder)

• Experience with CPQ, Vlocity

• Tricentis Tosca exposure

• Healthcare / Government domain experience
