Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale ISHIR’s technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and engineering excellence across all service offerings. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, an outstanding communicator, and a technology expert with a track record of driving transformational growth in a software services environment.
As the CTO, you will be responsible for shaping our technological vision, building high-performance teams, enhancing delivery capability, and ensuring that ISHIR remains at the forefront of technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and lead the technology strategy aligned with ISHIR’s business goals and future growth.
Collaborate with the executive team to integrate technology into business planning, product offerings, and market differentiation.
Drive innovation, research into emerging technologies, and identification of new growth opportunities.
Technology Architecture & Delivery
Oversee the design, development, deployment, and scaling of technical solutions and internal systems.
Ensure robust and secure architecture that supports client demands and future expansion.
Standardize engineering best practices, code quality, and the adoption of modern development methodologies.
Team & Talent Development
Build and mentor high-performing engineering and technology teams.
Define technical career progression paths and foster a culture of learning and excellence.
Set hiring standards, performance expectations, and retention strategies for technical talent.
Operational Excellence
Implement metrics and processes that track delivery effectiveness, quality assurance, and technical performance.
Drive operational efficiencies through automation, tooling improvements, and infrastructure optimization.
Lead technology risk management, compliance, and information security initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted technology advisor to key clients and partners.
Engage in pre-sales activities, technical presentations, and solution proposals to support business development.
Ensure client satisfaction with technical delivery and strategic value.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior executive role (CTO/VP Technology/Head of Engineering).
Strong experience in software delivery, digital transformation projects, and technology consultancy.
Proven ability to scale technology organizations and lead distributed teams.
Expertise in modern technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), microservices, DevOps, AI/ML, and data platforms.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
Preferred
Prior experience in IT services, software development outsourcing, or digital engineering firms.
Experience working with global teams and international clients.
Knowledge of agile framework implementation at scale.
