Job DetailsJob Details:
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects, including Veterans Affairs Projects. Our ideal candidate will be a Professional Engineer (PE) with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing, developing, and testing all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery, with a focus on low voltage systems.
2. Applying knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure all designs and installations comply with the necessary regulations.
3. Using Revit and AutoCAD software to create detailed electrical designs and circuit designs.
4. Collaborating with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and develop appropriate electrical designs.
5. Participating in project meetings and providing technical support to team members and clients.
Qualifications:
1. A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on low voltage systems and commercial projects.
4. Experience with hospital and federal projects.
5. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other electrical design software.
6. In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
