Job Summary:
Value Technology is seeking an experienced ETL / Data Developer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Hexa Data to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data integration, data transformation, and large-scale data processing within a banking or financial services environment. Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines and analytics platforms is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing and integration.
- Develop complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and performance tuning.
- Work with Oracle Hexa Data platform for data ingestion, transformation, and data management.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Implement data quality, validation, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Support data warehouse and analytics initiatives for reporting and business intelligence.
- Optimize ETL workflows and improve performance of data processing pipelines.
- Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in ETL / Data Engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Hexa Data platform.
- Experience designing and building ETL pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
- Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines or analytics platforms.
- Experience with big data technologies or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
