You are:
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic support by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business Process. You are expected to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate effectively, and guide the team to ensure high performance. You will be accountable for team decisions, engaging with various cross-functional groups, and contributing to key strategic and operational outcomes. Additionally, you will provide solutions to complex problems both within your immediate team and across multiple teams. You must possess expert-level proficiency in SAP EWM and MM.

The Work:
  • Provide functional support for SAP MM & EWM in a production environment, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and minor enhancements.
  • Configure and support Procurement, good movement, Invoice Verification, Inventory Processing inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and physical inventory processes, with emphasis on maintenance spares and MRO materials.
  • Support EWM integration to PP/PM/EAM integration to enable Production Orders, maintenance work orders, spare-parts staging, and goods issue to maintenance orders.
  • RF screens, mobile devices, warehouse order processing, and warehouse task execution goods movements.
  • Experience in product master maintenance, Handling units, Batch Management, Serial number management, RF and mobile devices and IM-EWM stock differences including Physical Inventory process.
  • Capable to resolve issues with form printing, label printings and maintaining printer condition records.
  • Handle issues on Materials management and Inventory management process.
  • Monitoring warehouse queues and guiding business users to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for defects, enhancements, and interfaces (CIF/qRFC/IDoc where applicable).
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Work with business users and stakeholders (maintenance/production planners, warehouse supervisors) to analyze requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user procedures.

This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office.

Here's what you need:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (Centralized or Decentralized) along with Materials Management including experience with MM & EWM master data (product, inventory, resources), RF & Mobile devices and familiarity with integration points between EWM and other SAP modules (for example: MM, SD, PP, PM/EAM)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with design and implementation of Procurement & warehouse processes using EWM best practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Bonus Points if:
  • Business process understanding in Oil and Gas
  • Experience in Material Flow Systems (MFS)
  • You've been a part of a one full life-cycle SAP EWM implementation with MFS.
  • Managed small/medium size teams
  • Experience in working with multi-location support model
