Technology Development Engineer Intern Location: Bloomington, MN| [On-Site]
Employment Type: Temporary - 12-13 weeks
About the Role The Development Engineering Intern will report to the Lead Engineer in the Technology Development and Transfer group to support new development efforts.
Key Responsibilities - Characterize electrical parametric devices by hand probe
- Perform and evaluate process splits
- Measure and analyze inline wafer data (film thickness, critical dimensions, etc.)
- Create process characterization documents
- Support company initiatives, such as; quality, safety and environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, cost containment and perform other duties as assigned.
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications Required: - Students working toward a Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Students in their Junior year or higher
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: - Coursework should include: Intro to Device Physics and/or Semiconductor Processing course

What We Offer: Salary: $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
