Position: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid - 2 days onsite and 3 days remote)
Job Type: 12 Months Contract
Note - Need someone with 10+ years of experience who can go day 1 onsite to Washington DC for Hybrid Mode - 2 Days onsite
Job Summary
Experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and Procurement, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing/PO, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
The consultant will work closely with finance, accounting, procurement, business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, configure Oracle EBS, support integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver enhancements. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 is highly preferred. These modules and their integration across P2P and O2C are core components of Oracle EBS Financials
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Oracle EBS Functional experience with strong R12/R12.2 exposure.
Strong hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Purchasing/PO, and Procurement.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Financials integration.
Experience with Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and/or production support.
Strong understanding of accounting and finance business processes.
Experience with requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.
Experience creating functional specifications and test documentation.
Ability to work effectively with business users, finance teams, developers, DBAs, and project managers.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of SQL is preferred
