Job Description: Senior Testing Analyst Payment Terminals (Contact & Contactless)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Testing Analyst with hands-on experience in validating and certifying payment terminals (both contact and contactless) using client's testing tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processing lifecycle, workflows, credit card transactions, and multi-brand card ecosystems (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Interac). This role requires close collaboration and in-depth testing of payment terminal to ensure seamless payment experiences and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Terminal Testing & Validation
- Execute test cases on payment terminals (contact and contactless) using Client's testing tools in a seamless and timely manner
- Validate transactions across multiple card brands (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Interac).
- Ensure compliance with EMV, PCI DSS, and brand-specific certification requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Collaborate with host teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide clear and concise information on version control of devices.
- Support client certification and acceptance testing processes.
- Update device versions and maintain test environment readiness.
- Prepare detailed test execution reports and share results with the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and credit card transaction flows.
- Hands-on experience with Client's testing tools and EMV certification processes.
- Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Interac card brand requirements.
- Experience in executing test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with host teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
