Summary

Job Title: Senior SAP CRM Service Management Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract

Must Have: Service Management and CRM Front End Experience.

ABAP Objects, Enhancement Framework (BAdIs, User Exits)
BOL/GENIL Framework and WebUI Component Workbench
CDS Views, OData, RAP/Fiori Elements
Middleware Integration (CRM ECC/S4)

Proven experience in Service Management processes, such as Service Orders, Confirmations, Warranties, and Billing.
Understanding of S/4HANA data models for Customer Service (C4C, FSM).
Experience working with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and APIs.
Familiarity with Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, and Business Workflow.
Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management experience in a client-facing role."
