Job Overview:
Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 12+ years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle HANA transformation project.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Return Management (ARM).
- Strong knowledge of Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing.
- Strong knowledge of Toolkit/Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of MM, SD, LE, and QM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Notifications.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair/Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.
- Gather business requirements, drive solution design, and provide techno-functional leadership.
- Configure and support SAP ARM, Logistics (MM/SD/LE), and Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Notifications.
- Develop and oversee ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery governance.
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, offshore/onshore resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
