Summary
Responsibilities
- Administer the Tanium platform, focusing on server administration, module configuration, and platform maintenance.
- Develop and maintain custom Tanium content, including sensors, packages, and saved questions.
- Utilize automation tools such as PowerShell and Python to enhance endpoint management processes.
- Integrate with Tanium REST and/or GraphQL APIs to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Support production environments and manage operational incidents effectively.
- Contribute to security logging and telemetry observability initiatives.
- Proven experience with Tanium administration in large enterprise settings.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security concepts and incident response.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly using PowerShell and Python.
- Experience with Git for source control and collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Tanium modules such as Patch, Deploy, and Threat Response.
- Exposure to logging technologies like Logstash and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and practices.
