Current Environment:
Client is currently using Okta and SailPoint ISC for Identity & Access Management.

Why Client Needs Imprivata:
In hospital and healthcare environments, doctors, nurses, and staff use badge/card readers to instantly log in or switch sessions. Imprivata helps enable fast authentication, secure SSO access, quick user switching, and improves overall clinical workflow efficiency.

What Client is Looking For:

Strong Architect-level profile who can lead discussions and work directly with the client.
Hands-on experience with Imprivata solutions in healthcare environments.
Experience with Imprivata “Tap and Go”, one of the most commonly used authentication features in hospitals.

Required Experience:

Experience with Imprivata Tap and Go authentication, badge tap login, fast user switching, and secure SSO access.
Strong experience with Imprivata SSO.
Experience with Imprivata Confirm ID including MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and biometric authentication.

Alternative Consideration:

In rare scenarios, strong Okta professionals with some Imprivata experience can also be considered.

Good to Have Certifications:

Imprivata Certified Professional
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Proven experience implementing Imprivata Tap‐and‐Go / proximity‐based authentication solutions, including badge‐based and physical authenticator workflows
Hands‐on experience with smart card / badge‐based authentication (Tap‐and‐Go) in an enterprise healthcare environment (clinical and non‐clinical users)
Prior experience serving as a planner or solution lead for physical authenticator deployments (not a first‐time implementation)
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, shared workstations, fast user switching, and regulatory considerations
Ability to define and lead end‐to‐end authentication strategy, including design, rollout planning, enrollment, and operational readiness
