Summary
Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Program and Project Management Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring efficient and timely execution across product development teams.
- Collaborate with cross?functional stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational strategy and business priorities.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and support project teams to maintain smooth project progression.
- Track project performance using Jira and other reporting tools, creating dashboards and presenting updates to management.
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain thorough project documentation to support governance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in project/program management roles.
- Strong expertise in leading Agile software development and product development initiatives using tools like Jira.
- Proven ability to manage cross?functional projects, track performance, and create comprehensive documentation to support project processes.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
