Client: Texas Education Agency (TEA)

Job Summary The Candidate will provide Data Analysis and Report Writing services for the TEA s Division of Integrated District Supports. The primary focus is developing a data-sharing platform using low-code tools to monitor school system progress and statutory compliance.

Technical Environment & Skills

• Low-Code: Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate), Qualtrics.

• Visualization: Power BI (creating dashboards for non-technical users).

• Data Management: Smartsheet, Advanced Excel (Scorecards/Trackers).

• Domain: State/Federal education statutory data analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Data Analytics (8 Years): Must have extensive experience in data storytelling and turning raw data into actionable insights.

• Low-Code Platforms (8 Years): Deep experience building and maintaining applications in low-code environments.

• MS Excel (5 Years): Expert-level proficiency in data organization and tracker creation.

• Power BI (3 Years): Demonstrated ability to build and deploy interactive dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Qualtrics and Smartsheet.

• Previous experience with Texas State Agencies or the Education sector.
