Pay Range: $1,40,000- $1,60,000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Category Leader (SaaS & Software)
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and category management for enterprise SaaS, subscription-based, and on-premise software.
- Develop sourcing strategies focused on licensing optimization, vendor consolidation, cost savings, and long-term value.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, renewals, RFx processes, and vendor performance reviews.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex software agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, and SOWs.
- Ensure supplier risk management, information security, regulatory compliance, and contractual governance.
- Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Security teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives.
- Leverage procurement and CLM tools such as Ariba, Ivalua, Sirion, Icertis, and Coupa, along with Power BI or Tableau.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience specializing in SaaS and software
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and category management for enterprise SaaS, subscription-based, and on-premise software
- Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Security teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives.
