Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
2. Troubleshoot and maintain robotics, conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other automated systems.
3. Program PLCs and develop SCADA systems for process monitoring and control.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and meet production targets.
5. Conduct root cause analysis for any system failures and develop corrective actions.
6. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and implement improvements as needed.
7. Ensure all control systems are in compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
8. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Controls Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA development, and industrial control systems.
4. Hands-on experience with robotics, conveyor systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
5. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industrial automation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
