Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP LWM Consultant with 15+ years of SAP expertise to support enterprise warehouse management and logistics transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in SAP Logistics Warehouse Management (LWM/EWM/WM), supply chain processes, and end-to-end SAP implementations within large-scale enterprise environments.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical teams to design, configure, optimize, and support warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP LWM/WM/EWM implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP warehouse management solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP warehouse and logistics processes including:
  • Inbound & Outbound Processing
  • Inventory Management
  • Putaway & Picking Strategies
  • Warehouse Structure Setup
  • RF Framework
  • Batch & Serial Management
  • Physical Inventory
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams for process optimization.
• Integrate SAP LWM with modules such as:
  • MM
  • SD
  • PP
  • QM
  • TM
• Support system testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex warehouse management issues.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams for custom enhancements.
• Participate in cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide best practice recommendations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP LWM/WM/EWM configuration and support.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience integrating SAP warehouse solutions with other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in EWM/WM or Supply Chain modules preferred.
• Experience in S/4HANA warehouse management environments.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, or distribution industries is a plus.
