Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, working closely with HR stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable HR solutions aligned with business processes and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with emphasis on Payroll and Benefits modules.
Work closely with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal Oracle HCM configurations aligned with business needs.
Configure and support Payroll elements, benefits eligibility profiles, Fast Formulas, and payroll balances.
Develop and customize reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
Design and implement integrations, workflows, and data conversion strategies.
Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system stability across HCM modules.
Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and evaluate new features for business adoption.
Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations with strong techno-functional expertise.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.
Strong experience in BI Publisher, OTBI Reporting, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL).
Good understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits business processes.
Experience across multiple project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
Experience working on at least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Core HR, Time & Labor (OTL), and Absence Management modules.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Payroll, Benefits, or Core HR.
Experience supporting US Payroll and Benefits regulatory requirements.
Exposure to Agile project environments and collaboration tools.
