Were a multidisciplinary UX team that drives the user experience for both customer and employee-facing applications. In this position, youll be working with the Senior UX Designer and be responsible for creating content across our employee facing customer service tool. Youll get experience and insight into understanding business requirements, user research and work with product teams to deliver clear, consistent, customer-focused content.

What youll do
In this position, youll be responsible for planning, creating and managing content across multiple digital channels. The UX Content Designer has a deep understanding of the content planning, tone-of-voice, style and formatting needed to maintain consistency and brand identity. Youll partner with UX Product Designers and product teams to provide relevant, customer-focused content based on the understanding of our customers and employees behaviors, needs and pain points. Youll participate in user research to understand and analyze the performance of content, identify areas for improvement and optimize messaging to ensure it resonates with our end users.
  • Principle duties and responsibilities
  • Provide content strategy to ensure relevant content is delivered contextually
  • Collaborate on a content roadmap and conduct content audits
  • Establish and maintain operational processes and procedures for managing content requests and delivery
  • Lead content governance and implementation of best practices at an enterprise level
  • Work with product stakeholders and bring them along as you provide content to ensure messaging is optimized and successful
  • Coach and mentor others on content strategy best practices
  • Create documentation based on user groups to understand the tone and voice
  • Artifacts you will deliver scripts, content strategy, knowledge base articles, and content embedded within the product

All youll need for success
Minimum qualifications - education and prior job experience
  • Bachelors degree in English, journalism, technical writing or equivalent experience / training
  • 5+ years creating and executing digital content strategy across multiple channels
  • Extensive experience planning for and developing useful, usable content including instructional text, error and confirmation message, taxonomy and SEO

Preferred qualifications - education and prior job experience
  • Masters degree in English, journalism or technical writing
  • Experience using a content management or knowledge management system and agent-facing applications
  • Experience with technical projects involving AI / machine learning
  • Travel industry experience

Skills, licenses and certifications
  • Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills: You understand the importance of clearly and concisely communicating for digital channels.
  • A proven track record of collaboration across product and UX teams: You can translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand interactive experiences.
  • A passion for creating great digital user experiences with actionable knowledge of the digital landscape: Keeping up with industry and user trends, emerging technologies and best practices and trends is fun for you. Youre able to influence decision makers.
  • A passionate advocacy for effective, user-friendly communication: You can talk about the importance of consistent messaging across multiple channels and make a case for a strategic approach to content delivery.
  • Collaborate with multiple stake holder groups to gain alignment and input related to content needs.

The Information Architect helps product teams solve user problems within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms. This role focuses on improving how information, processes, and workflows are organized so employees can work more efficiently and customers receive better support. Working closely with Product, UX Research, Customer Service, and business stakeholders, the Information Architect creates service blueprints, site maps, user flows, and information hierarchies that align teams around a shared product vision. This role helps ensure solutions meet user needs while working within the capabilities of out-of-the-box and third-party systems.

A great candidate will be one who works with our stakeholders and research team to highlight user pain points. Shows the ability to connect the dots between user issues and key success metrics. This person can show the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Someone that can learn the 3rd party tool and come up with solutions within the capabilities of the tool. This person can also show they have the ability to establish a deliverable roadmap, meet deadlines and continue to improve the product.
On the Nexus UX team we have 2 designers and 1 researcher that work across all the design needs for the Nexus application. We work with multiple IT groups that help deliver segments of the tool while maintaining a holistic vision across all teams. We meet with end users regularly and are constantly prioritizing their need along with the business. The UX team in Nexus rely on each others strengths and voice to ensure we are seeing our products from multiple perspective.
As the IA for this group, this person will work exclusively with out Customer relations team on creating a new CRM our agents can use when working cases. This person will create site maps, blue prints and wireframes and work directly with IT to implement the solutions.

Top 3 Skills:
  • Ability to use Figma, Mural or similar design tools
  • Bachelors degree in UX, computer science or similar category
  • Proven track record of creating service blue prints, sitemaps and wireframes

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar application
  • Experience with working with 3rd party applications and optimizing for the best output for our end user
  • Familiar with incorporating ai tools, within a user flow while keeping the human in the loop - Design ability
