Job Summary The Salesforce Data 360 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable customer data solutions that support enterprise marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This role builds data pipelines, implements customer data models, enables real-time data activation, and integrates Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) with enterprise data platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver accurate, high-quality customer data for downstream marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines supporting Salesforce Data 360. Build integrations between source systems, enterprise data platforms, and activation platforms. Develop and support data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes. Implement customer data models, identity resolution rules, and unified customer profiles. Configure calculated insights, derived datasets, segmentation logic, and audience definitions. Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting Salesforce Data 360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations. Enable audience synchronization, journey triggers, and event-driven marketing activations. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance across integrated platforms. Develop SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams during testing and defect resolution. Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, data models, and implementation processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance, scalability, and reliability. Required Qualifications Experience developing solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) or Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies. Experience building batch and real-time data pipelines. Experience integrating enterprise source systems, cloud data platforms, and marketing platforms. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and customer data activation. Strong knowledge of customer data modeling, identity resolution, and customer profile management. Experience configuring calculated insights, derived datasets, audience segmentation, and activation workflows. Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, analysis, and troubleshooting. Experience with API-based integrations and real-time data processing. Understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and orchestration. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional product, engineering, and marketing teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise data lakes. Experience integrating property management systems (PMS), web, mobile application, or transactional data sources. Experience supporting marketing automation and customer journey orchestration. Experience with event-driven architectures and API-driven integrations. Experience working in Agile development environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
