SAP Business Analyst (SAP PM/MM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 Plant Maintenance (PM) to support business-critical initiatives and system enhancements. This role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements through the full project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
* Gather, document, and validate business requirements
* Partner with business users, functional analysts, and technical teams to deliver solutions
* Support testing, deployment, training, and production support activities
* Drive process improvements and help optimize SAP PM/MM business processes
* Collaborate with integrated applications and cross-functional teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of SAP Business Analyst experience
* Strong SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) expertise with working knowledge of SAP MM
* Experience leading requirements from discovery through implementation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Manufacturing, Chemical, Refining, or Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
