Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Automation and AI Integration Expert to lead platform modernization initiatives. This role focuses on building cloud automation frameworks, implementing AI-based solutions (including LLM chatbots), and improving system observability and database migration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based automation frameworks for self-service provisioning.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.
• Lead development and deployment of AI solutions, including LLM-based chatbots and AI agents.
• Build and manage a centralized platform for deploying AI applications.
• Create and manage sandbox environments for development and testing.
• Modernize database migration processes.
• Implement centralized logging and monitoring using OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation and AI strategies with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred).
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Strong experience in cloud automation, AI integration, and platform modernization.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and observability tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
