job summary:
The candidate selected for this position will be a part of the Enterprise Voice of the Member/Social Analytics Team.
This position will provide a broad market view that will proactively identify issues of concern, propose and implement solutions. Lead large scale, highly complex, competitive analysis projects that may be without a clear or standard path and include data analysis, competitor research, market developments and predictive analytics. Facilitate the development, design, analysis and execution of the project. Apply an expert level of knowledge in competitive intelligence research, and continually collect and analyze relevant market and industry data, competitive and customer information to identify actionable intelligence Interprets complex research data and findings into business strategies, advises senior management on issues and presents findings to various levels of leadership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate activities that advance understanding and adoption/use of tools, strategies and tactics that enable social business value and benefits throughout the enterprise beyond traditional social media network applications (i.e., enterprise collaboration, recruitment, marketing, customer servicing, product development, innovation, etc.)
- Mentor efforts of less experienced peers and team members
- Researches and identifies industry best practices and trends to increase effectiveness and shares best practices with team
- Maintains and applies expert knowledge of the business, its products and processes, and expert knowledge of competitive intelligence research and analytic methodologies
- Recommend changes to policies associated with social media; guidelines and standards for effective deployment and consistent application of social strategies across the enterprise (i.e., ratings and reviews, social listening, community moderation, etc.)
- Point of contact for Khoros with the ability to interact with the vendor and manage access issues with users
- Create or enhance social tags
- Ensure partners are adhering to Social Media Guidelines
- Ensure Lines of business are adhering to SLO
- Makes recommendations on new opportunities for deploying social constructs, tools and technologies into the workplace and into member facing solutions.
- Analyze metrics associated with social media performance and online engagement
- Provide program level and performance-based inputs into overall enterprise social business KPI dashboards in the form of revenue creation, costs savings, productivity or process improvement, employee and member engagement.
- Communicate findings to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Utilize social trending themes to identify new/emerging Clarabridge categories to conduct deep dive analysis of member feedback
- Work with team members to produce reports
- Identify risks and create associated controls
- Partner in designing, developing, executing and analyzing research projects for short- and long-term business goals
- Identify appropriate business methodologies to understand member insights and translate findings into business strategies
- Share Talkwalker expertise with team members
- Enhance and update process documentation for Talkwalker platform and other social processes
