We are seeking an IT Project Manager to support technology leadership with a focus on program financials. This role involves managing program-wide activities, including routines to consolidate comprehensive program updates across multiple projects and workstreams. The position will coordinate with CFO Change and ePMO teams and is funded via an initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
- Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with analytical and presentation abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable reports.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
- Experience with Change Management, Oracle, and Oracle Financials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is a plus.
