Job Title: Machine Operator I

Job Location: Davie, FL

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining production records, and ensuring product quality in compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
Supports daily production activities while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Requirement/Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements.
Basic math and calculation skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

0 to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate equipment for processing operations.
Monitor processes and equipment and make necessary adjustments.
Perform batch record reconciliation and maintain accurate production records.
Conduct in-process testing and monitor product quality.
Review labels and batch records for accuracy.
Perform troubleshooting for minor equipment or process issues.
Maintain cleanliness of processing rooms and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members across shifts.
Follow standard operating procedures and batch record instructions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
Suggest improvements to processes and methodologies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Communication and teamwork.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
