Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Epic Inpatient modules to lead and manage healthcare IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Epic Inpatient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for Epic Inpatient implementations and enhancements
Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
Coordinate with Epic analysts, developers, and third-party vendors
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards
Support go-live activities and post-implementation optimization

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare IT
Must have Epic certification
Hands-on experience with Epic Inpatient modules
Proven track record of managing large-scale Epic implementations
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in remote/distributed team environments
