Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager / QA Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities across SIT and UAT phases for a subscription billing and revenue recognition integration program.

The role will lead test strategy development, test execution oversight, financial reconciliation validation, and cross-functional coordination with business and finance stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in subscription billing platforms, ASC 606 revenue recognition, ERP integrations (NetSuite preferred), and financial systems testing.

• Review and create comprehensive test cases covering integration workflows
• Develop SIT test strategy and execution plan
• Manage and prepare structured test data for integration scenarios
• Execute end-to-end integration test scenarios across Billing, RightRev, and ERP systems
• Validate financial reconciliations between systems
• Track, triage, and manage defects through resolution
• Provide daily and weekly status reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate with business users and finance teams for UAT execution
• Refine and optimize UAT test scripts based on business requirements
• Assess business and financial impact of identified defects
• Support end-to-end financial reconciliation validation
• Ensure completeness of UAT sign-offs and traceability
• Prepare and support go-live readiness documentation
• SIT & UAT Test Strategy and Test Plan
• Detailed Test Cases and Traceability Matrix
• Defect Tracking and Impact Assessment Reports
• Daily/Weekly Status Reports

• Proven experience in subscription billing systems testing
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
• Experience with ERP integrations (NetSuite preferred)
• Hands-on experience in financial systems testing and reconciliation validation
• Demonstrated expertise managing SIT and UAT phases
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools
• Experience with RightRev or similar revenue automation platforms
• Background in SaaS subscription business models
• Experience in financial close or revenue accounting processes
