Job Description

About the Team:

The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. In this role, you will lead the quality engineering platform, embedding automated testing and quality practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

What you will be doing:
  • Define and own the enterprise-wide quality strategy, embedding testing and quality practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Build a quality culture where developers are accountable for code quality.
  • Direct the design and maintenance of test automation frameworks and performance engineering tools.
  • Lead a center of excellence for non-functional testing (load, stress, chaos engineering).
  • Define and implement quality metrics for product health and process effectiveness.

What you bring:
  • Background as a Software Engineer or SDET, with strong coding and engineering mindset.
  • Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Proven success in "shift-left" quality transformations.
  • Familiarity with modern testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Rest-Assured, JMeter).
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
