Job DescriptionAbout the Team:The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. In this role, you will lead the quality engineering platform, embedding automated testing and quality practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
What you will be doing:- Define and own the enterprise-wide quality strategy, embedding testing and quality practices throughout the SDLC.
- Build a quality culture where developers are accountable for code quality.
- Direct the design and maintenance of test automation frameworks and performance engineering tools.
- Lead a center of excellence for non-functional testing (load, stress, chaos engineering).
- Define and implement quality metrics for product health and process effectiveness.
What you bring:- Background as a Software Engineer or SDET, with strong coding and engineering mindset.
- Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Proven success in "shift-left" quality transformations.
- Familiarity with modern testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Rest-Assured, JMeter).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing.
Educational Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $174,750.00 - $293,590.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
