Job Title: Fiv9 VOIP Implementation Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Engagement Objective
The contractor will support Client in the successful migration from RingCentral to Five9, ensuring business continuity, improved speed to lead performance, and operational stabilization across inbound and outbound call center operations.
The contractor will act as a hands on Five9 execution resource, working alongside Client stakeholders to complete configuration, migration, testing, cutover, and post go live stabilization activities.

In Scope Responsibilities
Five9 Platform Configuration & Enablement
Configure and validate Five9 core components, including:
Queues, skills based routing, and call flows
Agent profiles, roles, permissions, and team structures
Inbound call handling, voicemail, callbacks, and overflow logic
Support dialer configuration (as applicable), including inbound prioritization and outbound campaign readiness
Ensure configurations align to Client brand specific requirements
