Technical Lead (MuleSoft + OIC), Candidates need to work in PST time zone Remote - 6+ Months

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead (MuleSoft + OIC) to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of our enterprise integration solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, leveraging both MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build scalable, secure, and robust APIs and integration flows. You will lead a team of integration developers, establish best practices, and drive architectural decisions.

Design enterprise-grade, end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft (API-Led Connectivity) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Define API schemas, RAML/OAS specifications, data mappings, and routing logic.
• Ensure integration architectures adhere to high availability, security, scalability, and performance standards.

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of integration developers.
• Conduct rigorous code and design reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies (MUnit), and deployment guidelines for both platforms.

Development & Implementation

• Develop complex interfaces, custom connectors, and error-handling frameworks.
• Implement cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and hybrid integrations.

Configure security policies (OAuth, JWT, SAML, encryption) within MuleSoft API Manager and OIC.
