Job Description

We are seeking an AI Control Tower Product Excellence Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC and AI governance and a proven ability to design and implement enterprise-scale AI control, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

• Architect AI asset governance including risk assessments, policy guardrails, control testing, and audit trails.
• Support implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower and address technical configuration inquiries.
• Guide compliance posture against NIST, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, and related frameworks.
• Act as SME liaison to product and engineering teams by channeling customer insights to influence roadmap.
• Develop enablement assets, best-practice guides, and reusable implementation content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years in AI, ML, or Data Science advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC across Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk, plus 5+ years overall ServiceNow platform experience.
• Proven experience with AI Control Tower, Agentic AI, or Now Assist implementations.
• Experience integrating IRM with external GRC, security, ERP, and cloud platforms.
• Background in regulatory compliance or information security governance.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree for principal-level consideration.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, DORA, and FedRAMP.
• Experience with Agentic AI patterns including MCP, A2A protocols, LLM orchestration, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Cloud AI governance across Azure OpenAI, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-RC (Risk & Compliance) required.
• ITIL Foundation; CISA, CRISC, or CISSP as differentiators.
• CIS-ITSM and CIS-SecOps preferred.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) for principal level.
• AICT Implementation Bootcamp and ServiceNow AI Implementation (SNAII) learning path.

Technical Skills:

• AI Control Tower: policy engine, AI asset lifecycle, and risk guardrails.
• GRC/IRM: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, and TPRM.
• Regulatory frameworks: NIST, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, SOX, GDPR, DORA, and FedRAMP.
• CMDB/CSDM data architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Cloud AI discovery and governance across Azure OpenAI, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
