🚀 Key Responsibilities
✔ Administer, configure, and maintain Splunk environments
✔ Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability
✔ Develop and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports
✔ Perform data onboarding, parsing, and indexing
✔ Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
✔ Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams
✔ Ensure compliance, monitoring, and logging standards in healthcare systems

✅ Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Splunk Administration & Monitoring
Data ingestion, indexing, and search optimization
Experience in log analysis, dashboards, and alerting
Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience working across the full SDLC / operational lifecycle
