Job Details

Position: Labor & Employment Associate
Experience Level: 4-6 years
Location: Tampa office (full-time, in-office)
Practice Area: Litigation with required labor & employment experience
License: Active Florida law license required

Key Responsibilities
Manage labor & employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Organize and prioritize multiple matters effectively to manage a demanding caseload

Qualifications
4-6 years of litigation experience, including labor & employment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong academic credentials
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities
