Position: Lead AI Solutions Architect
Location: New Jersey (Onsite) Insurance Domain preferable
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Solutions Architect to spearhead the implementation of an Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (Agentic SDLC) within a large enterprise environment.
This role will be responsible for designing, defining, and delivering an AI-powered engineering framework that transforms the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through coding, testing, deployment, and operations using autonomous AI agents.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to an established engineering team while driving the organization's enterprise-wide transition to AI-native software development practices, ensuring scalability, governance, security, and measurable improvements in engineering productivity and software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and enterprise-wide implementation of an Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (Agentic SDLC) across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Design and orchestrate autonomous AI agents for requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, testing, documentation, CI/CD, deployment, and operations.
- Define enterprise architecture, AI governance, security standards, and best practices for scalable and responsible AI-driven software engineering.
- Lead, mentor, and enable engineering teams in adopting agentic development methodologies, AI-assisted engineering practices, and modern software delivery models.
- Evaluate, integrate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and AI-powered developer tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to accelerate software delivery, improve quality, and drive the enterprise-wide adoption of AI-native engineering practices.
Mandatory Qualifications
7 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
Experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing an Agentic SDLC
Proven experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, and agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and driving enterprise technology transformation.
Experience with AI engineering tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Gemini Code Assist.
Insurance domain experience (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, or Insurance Data Platforms).
Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, LLM evaluation, and observability platforms.
