Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with strong Business Intelligence (BI) expertise and hands-on experience migrating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations from Tableau to Looker. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of BI solutions, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting analytics, along with the ability to support migration activities and ensure accuracy and performance in the target Looker environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Perform hands-on migration of existing Tableau dashboards and reports to Looker.

• Analyze existing Tableau reports, calculated fields, parameters, filters, and data sources to determine migration requirements.

• Rebuild and optimize dashboards, reports, and business logic in Looker.

• Work with LookML to develop and maintain dimensions, measures, views, explores, and data models.

• Validate migrated dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and functional equivalence.

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, dashboard performance issues, and reporting defects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for migration processes, data models, and reporting solutions.

• Support BI best practices, data governance, report optimization, and quality assurance.
