Location: Orange County, CA 5 days onsite

Role Summary

The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will lead and coordinate infrastructure projects involving Active Directory, Messaging platforms (Exchange/O365), and enterprise application integrations. This role will work closely with AD engineers, Messaging teams, application owners, security teams, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise IT standards.

The Project Manager will act as the central coordination point between infrastructure teams and application stakeholders, ensuring proper planning, execution, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects involving Active Directory, Messaging systems, and identity integrations.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with technical teams and application owners.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between AD, Messaging, security teams, and application owners.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness for application onboarding, migrations, and integrations.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks and technical dependencies.
• Implement mitigation strategies to address delays, technical constraints, or resource challenges.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular status updates to technical teams and leadership.
• Ensure projects follow IT governance, security policies, and change management processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience supporting infrastructure or enterprise platform projects.
• Experience managing projects involving Active Directory, Messaging platforms (Exchange/O365), and application integrations.
• Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
• Strong coordination and communication skills working with cross-functional technical teams.
