We are seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as a key advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership. This role is pivotal in advancing Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) priorities and is central to enabling process governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across a global technology organization. The position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagement, acting as the primary liaison for Enterprise Process Management (EPM) to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise on process lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation to influence decision-making.
- Oversee portfolio health and performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion automation and modernization initiatives, introducing tools and workflows that streamline operations.
- Prepare and deliver strategic updates for senior leadership forums and risk committees.
- Effectively manage the Core Technology Infrastructure's Single Process Inventory (SPI) to ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and second-line risk partners to proactively manage operational and compliance risk.
- Support the evolution of process management discipline through governance routines and continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, Technology, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in process governance, operational risk, or relationship management roles, with demonstrated success in driving process improvements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are preferred.
- Proven experience in relationship management, governance, or operational risk within a large, complex organization.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
- Expertise in process design, control frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau) and experience with workflow tools (e.g., Jira).
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00 to $88.03 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
