Summary

We have an immediate opportunity for a Desktop Lead/ Senior Desktop Engineer will lead and manage deskside support operations at the client location, serving as the primary escalation point for critical and complex technical issues. This role is responsible for overseeing ticket queues, ensuring SLA adherence, managing backlog prioritization, and driving timely resolution of incidents and service requests. The individual will spearhead troubleshooting efforts across hardware, Windows/Mac OS environments, and peripheral devices while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT support delivery. Additionally, the role includes full asset lifecycle management from deployment through retirement and disposal, ensuring audit and compliance standards are met.

The ideal candidate brings strong ITIL-based incident management expertise, hands-on technical proficiency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment. They will engage with business stakeholders, provide updates on critical issues, generate reports on ticket volumes and SLA performance, and present actionable insights to leadership. This position requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow or Helix, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
