Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled LOS Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Lead end-to-end delivery of the LOS modernization across discovery and implementation phases

·         Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, and dependencies

·         Drive discovery and execution across parallel workstreams (credit, underwriting, integrations, data, UI/UX, compliance, infrastructure)

·         Manage day-to-day delivery performance of system integrators and delivery partners Identify, track, and mitigate LOS-specific risks (regulatory, data migration, cutover, legacy dependencies)

·         Prepare and deliver working-level status updates, decision materials, and governance artifacts

·         Support funding reviews, gate approvals, and enterprise governance processes and Requirement Gathering

·         Project Execution Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to installation and final closeout and ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.

·         Strategic Coordination Managing technical, operational and safety standards, particularly with complex, high-stakes infrastructure such as airport terminals.

·         Stakeholder Communication Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams (sales, engineering, superintendents) and external parties, including clients, architects, building managers and local authorities.

·         Financial Control Managing project billing, contract modifications and subcontractor payments while optimizing change orders to maximize project cash coverage.

·         Risk Mitigation Identifying project risks, developing contingency plans and managing field teams to overcome site-specific obstacles.

Must Have Skills:

·         5+ years of hands-on project management experience in financial services or consumer lending

·         3+ years leading LOS replacement or large-scale enterprise system modernization initiatives

·         Strong working knowledge of the consumer credit lifecycle

·         Proven experience managing third-party vendors

·         Experience in auto finance, banking, or fin-tech environments
