Job Description


We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Technical Product Analyst - Performance Reporting, BI & Data Analytics to join our dynamic team in Market Sales and Data Analytics Technology, aligned to the Performance Reporting, BI, and Machine Learning portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product business analysis, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and data analysis with SQL and a proven ability to shape product vision and roadmap, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and drive successful delivery across global teams.


Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and problems, and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.

  • Partner with product leadership to create, prioritize, and refine features and user stories, ensuring a ready backlog for the next 1-2 sprints.

  • Work with UI/UX designers to align interfaces with user needs and product vision.

  • Ensure delivery of user stories in line with agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Support capacity planning and contribute to long-term strategic goals for systems and software.

  • Coordinate and support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.

  • Review and report on effectiveness of existing systems and features, and define test strategies for improvement.

  • Communicate application issues and risks to stakeholders, including management and end users.

  • Optimize business processes through integration and change management to realize value.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 10+ years as a product business analyst delivering technical programs in large, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills with agile experience converting business needs into application and operational requirements.

  • Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills with senior stakeholders.

  • Technical acumen with working knowledge of relational databases and moderate SQL skills for data querying and analysis. Development background is a plus.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in simple terms.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and within distributed teams.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and meet time-sensitive objectives without compromising quality.

  • Comfort working in a virtual environment.

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in financial services, preferably institutional business.

  • Hands-on use of Jira and tools that support agile techniques.

  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server and Selenium basics.


Education & Certifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Agile methodologies.


Start Expectation:


Start within 2-4 weeks after offer. This role requires alignment to a specific start date to meet business needs.
