Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our client to drive advanced digital marketing initiatives and elevate multi channel personalization efforts. In this role, you will guide the strategic use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related digital platforms to create impactful customer journeys and scalable engagement programs. You will partner across marketing, data, and technology teams to enhance cross channel automation, optimize data usage, and strengthen campaign performance. This position will also provide leadership in digital innovation and support the organization’s ongoing growth in marketing technology maturity. The role is based in Harrisburg, PA and follows a hybrid work arrangement.

$146,500/year

Key Responsibilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect:
- Oversee the strategic architecture, configuration, and execution of marketing automation initiatives across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and connected platforms.
- Guide the development of personalized customer journeys and multi channel experiences, ensuring cohesive engagement across email, mobile, web, social, and paid media.
- Direct integration efforts between SFMC and enterprise systems to strengthen data flow, segmentation, and compliance across digital operations.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and digital teams to shape lifecycle strategies, optimize campaign performance, and define KPIs and testing frameworks.
- Provide leadership and insight on digital capabilities, identifying risks, resolving cross team roadblocks, and championing new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect:
- Extensive background in marketing technology architecture, including CRM, data structures, APIs, and enterprise-level integrations.
- 8–10 years of related experience, including 5–8 years in leadership or management roles supporting digital or lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- At least two years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, with SFMC Email Specialist and Developer certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and turn research into actionable insights.
- Proven success driving retention, lifecycle, or multi channel marketing programs supported by data-driven segmentation and personalization strategies.
