Job Title: Technical Lead (.NET & API)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. – Excluding CA, CO, IL, MA, NYC)
Duration: 18+ Months Contract (High chance of extension)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in .NET, APIs, and large-scale system migrations & implementations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and strong client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive large-scale migrations and system implementations
• Design, develop, and manage scalable API architectures
• Work hands-on with .NET technologies to build robust solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients regularly
• Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform
• Leverage AI tools (preferably Claude) for development efficiency
• Guide and mentor development teams
• Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of U.S. work experience (MANDATORY)
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#
• Deep expertise in API design & development (REST, Microservices)
• Proven experience in large-scale migrations & implementations
• Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Exposure to AI tools (Claude preferred)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

• Strong stability in previous roles
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative setup
