ServiceNow Technology Architect (Telecom)

job summary:

We are seeking a high-level ServiceNow Technology Architect to join our Communications, Media & Technology team. In this role, you will be the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, overseeing the architecture of complex ServiceNow modules tailored for the Telecom industry.

responsibilities:

• Discuss and capture requirements with platform and product owners to analyze and recommend solution options.
• Perform Functional Specification Document (FSD) reviews and conduct impact assessments for platform enhancements.
• Lead governance and change control for enhancements while interfacing with enterprise and domain architects.
• Coordinate development efforts with the scrum team, ensuring best practices in Flow Designer and ServiceNow data models.
• Develop innovative solutions using Flow Designer and integrate CMDB for efficient data management.
• Lead training sessions for team members on ITSM best practices and optimize system performance via Data Sources and Integrations.

qualifications:

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture, specifically with TSOM, ITOM, OMT, and TNI.

Extensive experience within the Telecommunications industry.

Active ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS).

Proven ability to lead governance and interface with Enterprise Architects
