Job Summary:

Join us at Electronic Arts (EA), where our mission is to inspire the world to play. As Senior Director of Product Management AI Technologies, you will guide our global AI product strategy and collaborate with partners across engineering, data science, and operations to shape the future of interactive entertainment. You will report to the Head of AI and Product Engineering and lead a senior team dedicated to responsible AI, measurable business outcomes, and organizational transformation. At EA, you will help us deliver modern, inclusive experiences for millions of players worldwide, supporting a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and accessibility for all.
Responsibilities:

  • You will define and evolve enterprise-wide AI product strategies, aligning with EA's business priorities and guiding a portfolio of AI use cases such as copilots, automation, and content generation.
  • You will establish and enforce product-level governance, experimentation guardrails, and vendor standards for security, IP, and bias mitigation in partnership with Legal, Privacy, Security, and HR.
  • You will build, mentor, and scale a senior product management team, standardizing product operating models and metrics across regions to support our diverse, global workforce.
  • You will translate business outcomes into technically actionable requirements, collaborating with engineering leadership to balance speed, reliability, cost, and technical debt for scalable AI platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior PMs and management of complex, multi-product portfolios in enterprise environments.
  • Experience guiding AI/ML product development, data governance, and roadmap ownership, with measurable success in launching AI solutions for large, multinational organizations.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance to manage AI risk and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and AI Act requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree welcomed.
