Job Title: MuleSoft Developer
Job Location: Westminster, CO (Denver metro area, in-office 3 days per week strongly preferred)
Job Duration: 4 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations/APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Build scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions across enterprise applications, data sources, and cloud/on-prem systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Apply API-led connectivity principles and support full API lifecycle (design, development, governance, support)
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and runbooks
• Troubleshoot integration issues, support root cause analysis, performance tuning, and defect resolution
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and integration patterns
• Mentor team members by sharing MuleSoft best practices and reviewing designs
• Act as a strong communicator bridging technical and business conversations

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• 3+ years of software development experience, with strong MuleSoft development background
• Hands-on experience with Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform
• Experience building/consuming RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, reusable integration patterns, and SOA
• Proficiency with DataWeave, API policies, connectors, and error handling frameworks
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, databases, SaaS apps)
• Knowledge of application integration concepts: message transformation, orchestration, asynchronous processing
• Experience with Git/version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and drive MuleSoft best practices
• Local to Denver metro area preferred (in-office 3 days per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Anypoint certifications)
• Experience with API governance, API management, and integration architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with DevOps practices, automated testing, deployment automation
• Knowledge of security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, TLS, API security best practices)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Background in performance optimization, logging/monitoring, and production support
• Experience defining reusable frameworks, templates, and integration standards
