We are seeking a hands-on Workday Integration Analyst to support a Workday HCM environment with a focus on integration-driven reporting and data delivery. This role is embedded within an implementation-focused team and is centered on building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations and reporting outputs.

This is a pure execution role. Ideal for someone who enjoys working in the weeds, taking defined requirements, and delivering high-quality reporting and integration solutions without owning upstream functional design.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build, modify, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and AWS tools (Glue, QuickSight)
Extract, transform, and structure data using SQL, JSON, and XML
Translate business requirements into technical reporting and integration solutions
Support testing, deployment, and optimization of integrations and reporting workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the integration and reporting layer
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across outputs

Required Experience

3+ years of experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and/or analysis
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio and/or EIB)
Strong proficiency in SQL and working with JSON/XML data structures
Experience building reports/dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools
Ability to independently take requirements and execute end-to-end solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data quality

Nice to Have

Workday Pro Integration Certification
Familiarity with AWS tools such as Glue or QuickSight
Experience with Workday Extend or custom app development within Workday
Exposure to ETL/data pipeline concepts in cloud environments

Compensation & Benefits

$50–60/hr (W2)
